How to request service
The staff at AutomaticDoors.Com is dedicated to customer service. Your service call can be placed through our website Service Request Form, by e-mail service@automaticdoors.com, by fax 800.285.8825 download (PDF) or by phone 800.944.9495. At this time, emergency and after hours service calls must be placed via telephone at 800.944.9495. We guarantee to confirm (via e-mail, fax or phone) your placed service call within two hours of its receipt.

Service hours
Our regular time service hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., not including holidays.

Emergency service
is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, at Overtime/Double Time Rates.

“SAME DAY SERVICE, NEXT DAY GUARANTEED”
Unless other arrangements are made, calls placed after 12:00 p.m. will be scheduled for the following day. Saturday service is available, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., by appointment only at overtime rates, no minimum charge.
